Our LEAN and LEADERSHIP interventions are either training-workshops, mentoring based or Shop (office) Floor Management Development Application - SFMDA learning activities.

We design, measure and deliver our interventions along site world-leading employee engagement survey results generated by such companies as Kenexa.com. We also incorporate client internal surveys, analysis and existing lean and culture tools and frameworks.
A privately held company founded in 2005, with offices in the United Kingdom (Oxford) and Poland (Warsaw). We work at European head office and local country manufacturing plant and office level.

Mark has held numerous senior positions as managing director, finance director, project leader,
business mentor and lean leadership trainer. Mark has worked for such companies as PWC, Toyota motor manufacturing.
He has held executive positions in two stock exchange listings, several crisis turnaround assignments as well as delivered world-class leadership and culture change programmes for leading companies.
